I met this 26 year-old mother of two in May last year. She is a tall and attractive woman who came to me for evaluation as she was considering elective breast augmentation. She was desiring a much fuller breast and standing 5’11” tall, her height allowed her to carry a more significant fullness. Her overall balance was good and her beautiful figure lacked only in the cup size she desired.
I spoke with her today now three months after her surgery. She is doing exceedingly well. She said to me that the breast augmentation has really helped her feel like “herself” in a more complete way…. “the picture in my head now is matched by my physical reality.”
